Avoid ingredients like parabens, sulfates, alkaline, fragrance/ Parfum (this is where they hide ingredients. Also we don't recommend you use any heavy oils/butters such as Shea Butter, Coco Butter, Pomade, Grease, Edge Controls, Olive Oil , Petroleum, Castor Oil, Almond Oil, which can cause flare-ups.
Our Treatments maintain healthy scalp/hair and combat flake build-up.
Tea tree oil, grape seed oil, coconut oil, or (Argon oil for Straight/wavy natural unprocessed hair texture) is a good lightweight moisturizer with less chance of causing flare-ups.

We recommend Priority Shipping, which comes with insurance. So if your package is lost/stolen/damaged you can receive a full refund or replacement package.
First Class shipping is uninsured. It's harder for us to track the package when it leaves the USA.

If you paid priority shipping please contact the USPS within 10 days of the shipment date and file an investigation. Next contact us with the claim # and we will also file an investigation. Afterwards we will offer you a new package or full refund.

USPS Returns
In some cases, packages are returned to KMARIE HAIR COMPANY by the USPS due to reasons such as the package being unclaimed or an insufficient address. To assist you with reshipping your order, there will be a shipping cost that needs to be covered by you.
If you would like to proceed with reshipping your order, please provide us with the address you would like it shipped to. However, if you prefer a refund, we will be happy to grant you the cost of the product or package, as the original package was already shipped and the payment was already covered.
