In some cases, packages are returned to K'MARIE HAIR COMPANY LLC by the USPS due to reasons such as the package being unclaimed or an insufficient address. To assist you with reshipping your order, there will be a shipping cost that needs to be covered by you.
If you would like to proceed with reshipping your order, please provide us with the address you would like it shipped to. However, if you prefer a refund, we will be happy to grant you the cost of the product or package, as the original package was already shipped and the payment was already covered.
