SHIPPING POLICY
Hey there! We wanted to let you know that we've made some changes to our shipping & return policy . We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Due to increased costs from our vendors, we've had to adjust our shipping prices. Just a heads up!
The United States Post Office is currently dealing with high volume and limited staff, but they're doing their best to get your packages to you as quickly as possible. If your package is lost or tracking has stopped, reach out to us at kmariehairco@gmail.com and we'll give you a hand.
Also, please be aware that our products may look a little different. We've been having delays with our suppliers, so the bottles, jars, and closures might not match the pictures exactly. But don't worry, the quantity and weight of the products are still the same.
Shipping costs are determined by the Shipping Companies based on weight and distance, so we don't have control over them. We recommend Priority Shipping for timely delivery and insurance. It's especially important for international customers.
For domestic customers, if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping and you chose Priority shipping, make sure to file an investigation with the United States Post Office within 10 days of mailing. Let us know the claim number so we can help too. We'll offer you a new package or a full refund.
International packages may sometimes get held up at customs. If that happens, contact your country's customs to check or retrieve your package. If it stays there for more than 30 days, you may lose your refund and the package.
We'll send you tracking information via email when we're ready to ship your package. Double-check that you've entered your address correctly to avoid any delays. If you provide the wrong address and the package has already been sent, you'll be responsible for tracking it down. We won't replace or refund in this case.
Please make sure to read through our item details, terms and conditions, and FAQ section before placing an order. We can't be held responsible for any missed information on our store.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, you must request a cancellation within 3 days of purchase. Please note that packages that have already been shipped will only be refunded if they are returned to us by the USPS. In such cases, a partial refund will be issued to the customer.

USPS Returns
In certain cases, packages may be returned to us by the USPS due to reasons such as unclaimed packages or incorrect addresses. If you wish to have your order reshipped, you will need to cover the shipping cost. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, we will refund the cost of the product(s) but not the shipping cost, as it has already been paid.
